Leaving corporate life for the last time in May 2015, Mark, along with his co-founders, have established EquaGroup, a group of businesses focusing on their passion for creating massive shared and sustainable value through property and building a powerful and enduring legacy for future generations.

 

Mark has diverse business interests ranging from being an author, running an investment company, commercial property development, his family’s property portfolio and his SSAS (Small Self-Administered Pension Scheme) where as a Trustee he invests in commercial property amongst other asset classes.

Nigel Greene

 Business owner, Investor and SSAS Trustee

As co-founder of SSAS Alliance, business and property investor, Nigel has a passion for creating and developing quality and profitable businesses that enable the creation of stakeholder value.

 

With over 20 years of Board level business and property expertise, in construction, energy and telecoms industries, Nigel has co-founded and operated multiple business units from £1million – £250million, in the UK and overseas.

 

Over the past 18 years, Nigel has personally invested into property assets amassing a significant international portfolio which fully enabled his ability to leave corporate life for the last time in February 2015 and to create the freedom to establish a group of enduring businesses with his partners.
